According to Hermann Bierl in his book, Garmisch-Partenkirchen und seine Lüftlmalereien, the image at Hagenrainweg 1 was painted by “Graf” in 1972.1
At Hagenrainweg 13, an image of Saint Barbara riding a horse holding a miniature tower.
Barbara, the daughter of a rich pagan named Dioscorus, was carefully guarded by her father who kept her locked up in a tower in order to preserve her from the outside world, hence she is often portrayed in art with a tower or chains.
