Griesgartenstraße

At the Ferienwohnungen “Bayerischer Hof” at Griesgartenstraße 20, a number of lüftlmalerei by artist Heinrich Bickel, painted some time after 1945.1

On the front, a large image of the Patrona Bavariae.  Beneath her, a small scene, two men dancing in local wooden Fasching or Carnival masks, flanked by putti.

Around the corner, a couple waving from a false window.
